Vienna

One afternoon we ended up walking around Schonbrunner park/palace. This was a view we had of the palace. The weather was amazing.

This was a picture of Schonbrunner park as we walked up for a view.

This is what we were walking up to in the Schonbrunner park.

Needed to get some down time at the top.

When we took the metro into the middle of the city, this was one of the cathedrals in view. Couldn't quite get the whole picture, but it was a beautiful church.

As usual we were walking through the city and we came upon another "Traditional Beer" festival - it was located in this park.

Views of the festival

The beer festival was located in front of a concert hall. The "Life Ball" - stunning place to have a beer or two or five.

The patrons of the festival spilled over into the park.

The area around the beer festival and marathon was full of impressive looking government buildings.

During our visit the Vienna Marathon was taking place - you can see some of it in the left hand side of the picture.

After the marathon was over, there was of course, more beer drinking.

All of our days involved beer at some point.

This is the Belvedere Palace - another beautiful palace located in the middle of the city.

We came back to the festival on our last day.
